Digital delivery

The Ninth Step is a digital mystery case. One purchase includes all four editions: A4 colour, A4 low-ink, US Letter colour and US Letter low-ink. Each contains the same mystery. Choose the edition that suits your paper and printer. No physical item is shipped.

After payment is successful, our delivery system sends a download link to the email address used at checkout. A download control is also provided on the completed order page. Email and download availability can be affected by processing or technical issues; contact us if you cannot access your files.

1. Save and extract the main download ZIP.
2. If it contains edition ZIPs, choose A4 or US Letter, colour or low-ink, and extract that edition ZIP too.
3. Open OPEN-FIRST.html inside the extracted edition, then 00-Print-and-Setup-Guide.pdf.

Use a device that can extract ZIP files and open PDF and HTML files. Print single-sided at 100% / Actual size with the paper size matching your edition, following the print guide. Text HTML companions are included in the Accessible folder. Keep 03-Optional-Hints.pdf, 04-Solution.pdf and their HTML companions separate until you want them.

Save a local copy and keep your order and download emails. If your link is missing or stops working, contact josealvaradoou@gmail.com with your order number so we can check the order and help restore access.
